Food for Thought – Day 11

Found out yesterday that I have glaucoma in both eyes. Early days of it, but still…freaked out more than a little, and went to food for faux comfort – that bogus self-medicating. Now I feel like crap, and am ready to re-enter eating more mindfully and healthfully.
